Atos Origin maximises brand positioning through the Strategic Manufacturing Awards
We are a global leader in IT services (design/build/operation) and work with WTG on numerous levels, initially sponsoring the Operational Excellence category at the 2008 Strategic Manufacturing Awards, before upgrading to lead sponsorship status for the 2009 European Manufacturing Strategies Summit.

Reinforced market positioning through strategic brand recognition
Extensive onsite branding is a prime feature of the category sponsorship package. For us, broadcasting our involvement was key to enhancing our market positioning. We knew that by sponsoring the Operational Excellence category at the Strategic Manufacturing Awards, we would be positioning for Global Manufacturing Markets. We were able to place our brand where it matters; directly in front of senior-level manufacturing practitioners and decision makers.

A key objective for us was to ensure that the senior manufacturing professionals in attendance were able to successfully associate the theme of the award with the expertise that Atos Origin has to offer. By introducing the award category on stage and presenting the trophy to the winner, we were able to provide our own unique insight into the discipline  of operational excellence, as a key authority on the subject. Having the opportunity to address three hundred and fifty decision makers on our expertise, and present the trophy to the winner, without doubt enabled us to position ourselves as a genuine thought leader in operational excellence. Consequently, we at Atos Origin were able to strengthen our brand positioning by sponsoring the 2008 Award for Operational Excellence".

With official press releases and key literature regarding the awards ceremony being distributed to over one thousand decision makers, we were able to ensure our message was accentuated even after the ceremony had taken place. The results have been excellent. We have strengthened our brand, reinforced our message and developed new business potential. That is why we decided to work with WTG once again - this time as a lead sponsor at the European Manufacturing Strategies Summit.
